Alumnae Scholarship Information & Application

Applications are due January 31, 2025

Tulsa Area Alumnae Panhellenic is pleased to announce the availability of alumnae scholarships for women continuing their education in the 2025-2026 academic year. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2025. The total number of scholarships awarded and the amount varies each year based upon the number of qualified applicants. In 2024 TAAP gave a total of $8,000 in scholarships.

2025 recipients will be honored at the TAAP Women of the Year (WOY) luncheon on April 4, 2025. Applicants will need to provide a headshot and short bio for the WOY program.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Applicant is an alumna member of an NPC women’s fraternity/sorority.

  • Applicant is a member of Tulsa Area Alumnae Panhellenic for a minimum of two years.

  • Applicant is a member of her women’s fraternity/sorority’s local Alumnae Association.

  • Applicant is a resident of the Tulsa Metropolitan area*

  • If applying for tuition, an unofficial transcript through Fall 2024 must be provided with application. If a finalist, an official transcript will be required by February 25, 2025. Please mail official transcripts to April Margwarth, 4518 W 88th St, Tulsa, OK 74132.

Selection Process:

From the submitted applications, the finalists will be selected by a panel composed of TAAP delegates.

This award is based on need and the intent is to benefit the alumnae financially by assisting with education expenses to aid in a promotion or career change.  This is not limited to graduate studies and may include continuing education.

Guidelines for consideration of applicants:

  • Need

  • Character and integrity

  • Contribution to local Alumnae Association

  • Contribution to Tulsa Area Alumnae Panhellenic

Finalists will be notified mid-February 2025. If selected as a finalist, an official transcript will be required by February 25, 2025, along with a headshot and short bio.



* Tulsa metropolitan area includes: Catoosa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Glenpool,  Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and Turley. Questions about other communities should be directed to Scholarship Director.
