Collegiate Scholarship Information & Application

Applications are due January 31, 2025

Tulsa Area Alumnae Panhellenic is pleased to announce the availability of collegiate scholarships for women pursuing a degree in the 2025-26 academic year. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2025. Students are encouraged to apply during their junior year for receipt during senior year. The total number of scholarships awarded and the amount varies each year based upon the number of qualified applicants. In 2024, TAAP presented a total of $8,000 in scholarships.

2025 recipients will be honored at the TAAP Women of the Year (WOY) luncheon on April 4, 2025. Applicants will need to provide a headshot and short bio for the WOY program.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicant must be a resident of (have permanent address within) the Tulsa metropolitan area*

  • Applicant is a member of a NPC women’s fraternity/sorority.

  • Applicant maintains a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 system.

  • Applicant will have completed 60 credit hours at the end of the Fall 2024 semester (junior status) and plans to return to university/college to complete coursework. An unofficial transcript through Fall 2024 must be provided with application. Please mail official transcripts to April Margwarth, 4518 W 88th St, Tulsa, OK 74132. 

  • Applicant must be a full time student (12 hours per semester minimum)

  • Other factors that will be considered: leadership ability and experience; character; integrity; campus activities; and contributions to the Greek system.

Selection Process:

From the submitted applications, finalists will be selected by a panel composed of TAAP delegates.

Finalists will be notified mid-February 2025. If selected as a finalist, an official transcript will be required by February 25, 2025, along with a headshot and short bio.

* Tulsa metropolitan area includes: Catoosa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Glenpool. Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and Turley. Questions about other communities should be directed to Scholarship Director.
